Is AARP trying to establish it's own New World Order?
They want our life, health, and auto insurance business. They even send us magazines telling us what to eat and drink.

- I never signed up with them and get mail almost daily that goes straight to the dumpster!!! They're too expensive...I've compared the insurance!!
- They are trying to make a buck.
- You aren't obligated to buy what they offer. It's just like 'answers'. Do what seems appropriate for you.
- I became a paid member to have a closer look. Appears to be politically motivated. I was not interested in funding them another year. In short; it's a crock of ....................!
- I think this is a very strange way of looking at the best friend aging people have in the government (lobbiest). AARP provides backing for very reasonable health and auto insurance (try beating the rates Harford supplies through AARP on your auto! I am having problems understanding what you have against a very fine organization...seems to me you are looking a gift horse in the mouth!
- I also do not buy into AARP. I have checked out their various insurances and found them to be quite a bit higher than others I've found. I believe they are in cahoots with big government under the guise of being the friend of the elderly.
- Yes-they want to be an EMPIRE!-Oh, how will we ever know how to be Seniors if we're not a member? I have to laugh at the ads; how they assume everyone is going to join-we'd be crazy not to want all those perks-such as lower car rental fees and motel rates. Oh! my AARP card application is here-I'd better hurry and get that in! I HAVE to be an AARP member-EVERYONE is a member-they won't recognize me as a Senior if I don't have the AARP card!........no, I'm not a member.
- AARP is just a little pushy I go to the mail box and here is there crap this doesn't even make into the house I drop it in to the receptacle in the garage. Talk about a waste of postage and paper, then I pay my garbage man to throw it in a land fill, what an endless cycle.
- We have both the health insurance and life insurance thru AARP and they are a great company. We;re very satisfied and enjoy reading their magazine each month. We have checked other companies and checked what they pay for benefits and think we are getting a good deal for our money.
- The AARP is firmly in the back pockets of the Liberal Democrats. So yes, they are doing their part to support the New World Order.
