how would you rate AAA life Insurance procedures is anyone had to claim on it?

I got this policy a few months ago and although I am very healthy, things can happen. It is not too large but I was just wondering if this company is easy to deal with in case something happen to me.? The whole idea is that if something goes wrong with me, my family get a break at least to mourn and recover...not to get a headache that they don't need.

1. This company is rated by Best which is a rating service. It means they are good but not great. Expect your claims to be handled in a "reasonable" amount of time. You can always check the company's rating by goggling them as "rating for ___ Insurance company" and read the results. An A rated company is better in terms of overall service.
