I am in the process of choosing a new career in Insurance. I am taking my license test in few weeks. I have been offered positions at New York Life and Aflac which are both 100% commission. Aflac is 35% commission plus 10% of my team members and NYL is 55%, but larger premiums. So, basically Aflac may be an easier sell, but I need to sell twice as much. NYL seems to have better education as well.
