my monthly bill is 56.75 for an insurance plan through New York life. what is the commission for the agent?

I was rushed into a deal and am a bit curious on what the commission for the agent would be. So far I have paid for 5 months. a total of $283.75

1. We have no way of knowing.........no much.........a guss.......10%.........$5.60 a month.....that may be really high......just don't know..........
2. Most life insurance policies pay darned near 95% commission the first year, to the agent, and almost nothing after that. So it depends on how long you've had the policy.
3. What kind of insurance? Health, home, or life?
