What is the best life insurance company to work for with great commission?

What life insurance company is the best in the nation to work for and why? I am doing research and trying to figure out which life insurance company is best to work for or what is the best strategy working in the insurance field.

1. There's no "one size fits all" best in the nation. They're all about the same. One of the better strategies, is to look for a company that has NOT already saturated the market you're trying to sell in. If there's a Mass Mutual agent on every corner, go with Bankers.
2. There is no "best" to work for, but in fact you are actually working for yourself through a company. The best strategy is to network before heading out to consider insurance sales. If you know an endless number of people who need your product, you might succeed. If not, you will most definitely fail.
