How do I get life insurance quotes online without giving out my phone number and email?

Public Comments

  1. You don't. The POINT of those websites, is to harvest your personal information and sell it. You'd have to talk to a few LOCAL agents, to get REAL quotes.
  2. With a very few exceptions, you don't; but that's beside the point. No quote you receive over the internet or phone will be reliable. The website or phone rep knows nothing about you, your situation, or your objectives, and will likely low-ball the premium just to reel you in. Life insurance should ONLY be obtained as part of a comprehensive financial plan using a properly qualified financial planner or advisor.
  3. If the website gives an immediate quote, on the site, then you could give a fake phone number and a fake e-mail. If the quotes are sent later, by phone or e-mail, then they need your correct phone number or e-mail to deliver them.
  4. You just have to go to the right web site. GOOD web sites don't require that information because they want to provide good service. Other web sites are just trying to gather your information to sell it. When you go to a site check their 'About Us" section to make sure they have a physical address. If they don't have a physical address you're not getting the quote immediately as they're selling your info. If it's a GOOD site they'll give you that information without looking. Hopefully that answer is clear enough for you.
  5. It's possible but you need to ask yourself why would anyone want to waste their time helping you?
