How is State Bank of India (SBI) Life Insurance? Customer service, premium rates, etc?

Read about SBI Life's term assurance scheme "Shield". Is it any good? I think it has some 50% increase every 5 years option! Has anybody bought it, is it worth buying?

For other products look at ohter insurance cos like for pension - hdfc for child - hdfc & bajaj allianz & Tata Aig's Mahalife for Unit linked - HDFC, Bajaj Allianz for Term - Kotak, HDFC, (best compare rates by goingto websites of each co.) as at different age bands there are better cos. for term mortgage - Metlife & SBI Life Traditional Policies - LIC
4. I think HDFC sli, is best service wise and returns wise.
