Well I have an interview for New york life in Vienna Va, and I was wondering what are the advantages and disadvatages and whats the salary like? Also Im 18 does that make a difference? What are the chances I will get hired.

1. If you're interviewing for an agent position, it's highly unlikely you'll get the job. Any of the big name companies normally require either a college degree in a business or financial specialty, or significant outside sales experience.
