Would you support this new Political Party?

Logical Realists Party Of The United State Of America FOREIGN POLICY 1.Keeping Americans Safe at Home and Abroad We must strengthen our military and transform our domestic civilian international efforts to meet a new generation of global challenges. 2.Ending Our Dependence on Foreign Oil As long as we import much of our oil from unstable regions and countries, our national security and economic prosperity are threatened. 3. Ending the Tide of Illegal Immigrants We must secure the border, implement an enforceable employer verification system, punish sanctuary cities and reject amnesty. 4.United Nations I would withdrawal form the United Nations. I pledge to push the UN out it's New York offices. 5.War Afghanistan The invasion and occupation of Afghanistan is absolutely unnecessary. I will withdrawal troops for Afghanistan. SOCIAL ISSUES 1. Gay Marriage I am completely against it I think it is morally wrong and the bible clearly state Marriage is between a man and a woman. 2.Abortion 100% Pro-life and will see to that Roe vs Wade I will over turn it. 3.Individual Liberties I support a public display of the ten commandments in government buildings.I also would eliminate the Food and Drug Administration as Unconstitutional. 4.Education I support freedom for homeschooling and private schooling.I will disband the U.S. Department of Education. Lets return Education to the States. ECONOMIC ISSUES 1.Internal Revenue Service I will end all federal income taxes and phase out the IRS. 2.Curbing Out of Control Federal Spending Politicians from both parties in Washington, D.C. have spent too much money on too many programs for far too long. 3.Economic Competition We must improve America's global competitiveness and unleash the American economy through lower taxes and less government. 4.Reducing Spiraling Health Care Costs A free market, federalist approach to make quality, affordable health insurance available to every American. 5.Fair Taxes General ten percent tariff on all imports and that would meet the Constitution's prescription for financing the federal government. This would help keep job in the U.S.

Public Comments

  1. No.
  2. You're describing pretty much the Republican Party 10 years ago.
  3. How exactly can we "keep america safe from home and abroad" when we are allow Al Qaeda to roam freely? And what ever happen to the first ammendment "make no law respecting a religion..."? Did your party abandon that from its platform? I wouldn't support this party. I'd oppose it, with all my heart.
  4. 1-dumb 2-good 3-great 4-retarded 5-great 1-retarded. free love. 2-lame. pro choice. 3-dumb 4-good 1-really gay 2-good 3-really good 4-won't ever happen 5-alright. probably not.
  5. I'm assuming you were trying to make this sound as bad as possible, so a tip would be next time you do something like this make it a lot funnier.
  6. Nope, no can do.
  7. No I would not support your party. Sounds like a Socially Conservative Libertarian Party.
  8. I'm afraid before I could honestly say I would support it, I would have to ask for some specifics on how you would accomplish the goals you have set. They are all wonderful as far as I am concerned...but at what cost....and I don't mean money. For example, I am pro-life, but I do not feel I have the right to force my opinion on anyone else. I think the government should stay out of the issue entirely and allow each person to make their own decision...and be responsible for paying for it should they decide to go ahead. I believe more than anything, that people need to take responsibility for their actions....including bearing the financial costs of those actions.
  9. No Although I agree with some of your proposals, I disagree with more.
  10. What is it you don't like about the party you already belong to? You need to take your blinders off and start thinking a bit more outside the box.
  11. You are all over the place here. Some of the thing you say (smaller government and no Afghanistan) I agree with 100% but some of the things (prolife and immigration control) I disagree with 100%. There is no way I would vote for your party. Don't be offended though. I had the same problem with Obama and McCain so I vote for Bob Barr. Libertarians Unite!!!!
  12. http://cofcc.org/ There are already people that think like this, second the world is more complicated than an you think. Stop the mainstream media and the people will do the rest, all Americans are scared of white guilt (way way too PC ) and only care about the new ipod. The government is not to blame because they should have as much control in the first place its the fault of the American apathetic people.
  13. I'm currently writing up the platform for a new party as well. Here are my immediate thoughts on what you have here: FOREIGN POLICY 1. Very vague statement. 2. Good train of thought. How do you plan to fix it? 3. Punishing illegal immigration is good. Streamlining legal immigration is just as good. 4. I see no value to the UN, how about other groups like NATO? 5. I don't agree with you here. SOCIAL ISSUES: 1. Justify this stance using Constitutional values. Please demonstrate how your stance is in alignment with the governments purpose to preserve individual liberty. 2. Justify this stance while maintaining metaphysical neutrality (as per the First Amendment). 3. Justify this in light of the First Amendment. Does the elimination of the FDA allow the government to protect the people and provide justice? 4. That is one point of view. It's not the route I'm taking, but ultimately that is for the voter to decide. ECONOMIC ISSUES: 1. How? I suggest streamlining taxes. Corporate taxes only cost the consumer and therefore you end up taxing everybody anyway. Income tax makes sense in that you tax the end user. We can talk about this more if you are interested. 2. Good idea. 3. Nice rhetoric, what is the plan? 4. See #3 5. I don't agree with this policy. It generates an artificial factor in market competition. Doing so reduces the need for US companies to maintain high standards of quality. This harms the consumer who, due to financial limits set by the government may be forced to accept inferior products. Here is a bullet point listing of my working platform: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ak2b6ouZmtnPR0oy0QJzCbfsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20081203213633AASxaYy
  14. I agree with some, and disagree with others... but you might want to elaborate on what solutions you'd bring up.
  15. I agree with your foreign policy, and I staunchly agree on abolishing unnecessary government departments, and bloated bureaucracies. I also like your tax plan, and also the economic competition is very great. You might also want to target the Federal Reserve. I agree on removing the United Nations, they're useless. And also protecting our borders is a huge priority. Though, there are some stances I can't agree with you. We shouldn't forcibly ban gay marriage, and abortion. The Constitution States that minimal issues like education, abortion, and/or gay marriage should be handled at the State level, not the federal level. I think you sound better than the Republicans and democrats, that's for sure.
